Any cancellations or requests for program transfers need to be advised in writing and confirmed by phone.
If you are unable to attend the program, you may substitute another participant at any time at no additional charge.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the program starting date, 100% of the registration fee is refundable.
If you cancel 21 – 29 days before the program’s starting date, 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
Both of these cancellations incur a $250 administration fee.
If you cancel less than 21 days from the program’s starting date, 100% of the registration fee is non–refundable.
Transferring to another program
If you notify us 21 days or more before the program starting date, you may transfer to any other program for a $AUD250 administration fee.
If you notify us less than 21 days before the program start date, we regret we are unable to transfer you to another program. However, you are welcome to substitute another participant at any time at no additional charge.
