Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the program, you may nominate another participant at any time with no cancellation charges. Simply advise Being Human of the new delegate’s name.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the program starting date, 100% of the registration fee is refundable. If you notify us 21 days or more before the program starting date, you may transfer to the next program being held. If you cancel 21 – 29 days before the program’s starting date, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. If you cancel less than 21 days from the program’s starting date, the registration fee is non–refundable. Any cancellations or requests for program transfers need to be advised in writing and confirmed by phone.
