The senior manager recognised the need to identify and develop high potential leaders nationally. In addition new appointees to senior roles required development and support. We designed and implemented an integrated coaching program for three levels of management, using the Life Styles Indicator.  The senior team also developed their effectiveness using the Group Styles Indicator instrument. An added benefit was that senior managers developed the coaching skills required to support their high potential people.  The program was integrated with the annual business planning process, which provided a sound business context for the program.
