Being Human's Change–Ability® Program
Build the skills that build buy-in for change

Whether you are a line manager with a team or a specialist without direct reports, communicating and influencing skills are "a must have" tool of trade for successful change.

In this interactive, two day program, you will learn and immediately apply leading–edge, practical influence and communications techniques to get your message across and accepted by a range of audiences.

Change–Ability is available as an in–house program for your organisation, for between 12 and 20 participants.

A highlight of the program is that you’ll be coached by an experienced Change Manager and a professional "corporate" actor, using role plays and real plays in a supportive, hands–on learning environment.

Learn more, faster with our Action Learning format – You will bring a current communications challenge to the program and spend 75% of the program on your feet, practising delivering key messages and getting feedback from our two Program Facilitators and fellow participants. You’ll leave the workshop with an Influence Action Plan and set of tools ready to implement at the workplace.
