Custom-designed change management training Certification Program

These two approaches are popular but the facts show they don’t deliver successful change.
Every organisation has a unique set of change challenges. It might be dealing with the legacy of past changes and rebuilding trust. Or the challenge could be dealing with complacency and convincing people that change is needed to stay successful. Another challenge is managing change capacity and avoiding overload.
Custom-designed change management programs enable us to partner with you to meet your organisation’s unique change challenges and develop the in-house capabilities needed for success. Our programs use proven, well-designed materials and experiential activities based on sound research and best practice, not quick fixes and fads.
Custom-designed programs can be either stand-alone or integrated into your organisation’s leadership, management, project management or high potential development programs.
The steps for custom programs are:
- Initial briefing and Needs Analysis
- Proposal and budget presented for approval
- Final Needs Analysis conducted and presented
- Program design completed and agreed
- Program delivery
- Evaluation

Change Coaching Skills for Managers

Managers are the change-makers. They know their team members’ capabilities and concerns. They also know the organisation’s priorities and the return on investment required from change. By connecting people with the organisation, they make change happen.
Prosci’s Best Practices in Change Management research shows that employees want their direct supervisor to communicate key messages about change and how it impacts them personally.
Managers are employees too, so they need to be on board and engaged in change to fulfill their communications role.

With support, managers are a key success factor in change. Without it, they can become squashed tomatoes, caught between executives and employees.
Change Coaching Skills for Managers Program teaches Prosci’s proven, structured approach to managing the people side of change, based on research into what works in change with over 1,000 end-users worldwide.
It supports managers by providing them with the confidence and capabilities they need to coach their teams through change, create commitment and manage resistance.

Change Leadership for Sponsors

These programs teach Prosci’s popular and useful ADKAR® model of individual change.
The role of the sponsor has changed. Traditionally, the sponsor’s role was to authorise projects, provide resources and delegate to the project team and middle managers. In today’s complex, fast paced organisations, this approach is not effective.
Prosci’s Best Practices in Change Management research has identified “active and visible sponsorship as the number one contributor to project success and it has defined the three key activities of effective sponsors.
The Change Leadership for Sponsors program teaches Prosci’s proven approach to managing the people side of change, based on research into what works in change with over 1,000 end-users worldwide.
It provides Sponsors with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective in their roles and develop the management support and accountability needed to drive change.
