Prosci Change Methodology and ADKAR® Model

Prosci’s Change Management Process has gained international recognition as a leading methodology for managing the people side of change and for producing business results.

The methodology is based on Prosci’s 12 years of research with change leaders in 2,000 organisations in 65 countries. Features include:
