Duration:
- Individuals: 1–hour sessions in packages of 5–10 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly.
- Small groups: 1.5 hours sessions, in packages of 5–10 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly.
- Other options are also available to meet your needs.

- Individual;
- Small group (maximum 3);
- On–site;
- At Being Human premises or telephone.

- Increase success rates of change;
- Build managers capability and confidence in the people side of change;
- Up–skill managers in best practice change management tools – not fads and quick fixes;
- Adopt a common approach to change management in your organisation;
- Reinforce your organisation’s existing leadership and culture change approaches, e.g. LSI/OCI, MBTI, DISC.
