Target Audience: Sponsors, Executives, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders

Program Overview:

Duration:

  • Individuals: 1–hour sessions in packages of 5–10 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly.
  • Small groups: 1.5 hours sessions, in packages of 5–10 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly.
  • Other options are also available to meet your needs.

Group size:

  • Individual;
  • Small group (maximum 3);
  • On–site;
  • At Being Human premises or telephone.
 

Outcomes:

  • Increase success rates of change;
  • Build managers capability and confidence in the people side of change;
  • Up–skill managers in best practice change management tools – not fads and quick fixes;
  • Adopt a common approach to change management in your organisation;
  • Reinforce your organisation’s existing leadership and culture change approaches, e.g. LSI/OCI, MBTI, DISC.
