When we started our business in 1993, there was plenty of change, but precious little Change Management. Back then, Change Management was part of IT, or, if you were lucky, it meant training and comms. Just before, or just after go live.
We saw first hand what happened when the people side of change was overlooked: projects failed to deliver expected benefits and people were left stressed and demoralised.

Second, we only employ senior consultants, all master change practitioners, with 15+ years experience in organisations, from diverse roles, all with hands-on experience as change professionals. Their skill set includes facilitation, consulting and coaching, because training isn’t the solution to every change challenge.

We were appointed Prosci’s first global Primary Affiliate in 2006. We are the exclusive provider of Prosci’s public training programs in Australia and New Zealand. And we present Prosci’s full range of in house programs for clients in any location worldwide.
Over ten years we have partnered with hundreds of organisations to successfully apply Prosci’s approaches to every countless types of change projects. We have certified, trained and coached thousands of change professionals, Executives, managers and teams in Prosci and played a role in countless project successes.
But we are much more than expert Prosci Facilitators. We also provide on site and virtual consulting support for projects, using the Prosci tools and our years of know-how. And we coach your people to build their capability so they’re not dependent on us.

Our Senior consultants are experienced Change Managers across a range of projects. They have an in-depth understanding of how change works in organisations through their previous roles in senior management, Change Management, Project Management and Human Resources.
Our client service and support team is dedicated to delivering five star service, to make working with our team effective, easy, and enjoyable.
She combines hands-on experience as a senior manager and a consultant with an in-depth understanding of international best practices and benchmarking research.
Catherine has a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management in the University of NSW. She also has a Master of Arts, a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education.
Her career highlights include senior management roles in corporate communications, with 3M Australia and Burson-Marsteller. She has also held senior organisational change roles with Monier Roofing/CSR Limited and ING Australia.
Catherine established Being Human Pty Ltd in 1993 and since then has worked successfully with a wide range of public and private sector organisations.
Catherine’s style is down-to-earth, engaging and focussed on results. She communicates successfully with people at all levels and functions in the organisation, from senior management to front line staff.
She has presented Leadership Programs for major business schools including the Australian Graduate School of Management and the University of Technology, Sydney. She has also lectured on post-graduate programs including the Master of Business Administration Programs and the AGSM’s Graduate Certificate in Change Management. She is also an author of curriculum materials for both programs.
Catherine also presents regularly at national and international conferences on change, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
Catherine’s professional accreditations include: Prosci Certified Practitioner, Prosci ECM Boot Camp, Prosci Certified Instructor, Emotional Competence Inventory, Discovery Learning’s Change Style Indicator, DISC, Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Group Styles Inventory (GSI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Practice and Training from Sydney University.
In her 20-year career, she has successfully worked with leading organisations in professional services, banking and finance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retail and insurance.
Her expertise includes leadership, change and team development programs, strategic planning, executive coaching, facilitation and consulting.
Vicky has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging facilitator, working with people at all levels of organisations to improve performance and achieve their goals. She has a practical, ‘real life’ approach gained from her hands-on roles as a line manager of domestic and global teams, change manager and project manager.
For the last 10 years, she has specialised in developing leaders and building organisational Change Management capabilities. Vicky also has expertise in the emerging new field of Enterprise Change Management, using Prosci’s leading edge tools and methodologies.
Vicky holds a Bachelor of Education (Science), Graduate Diploma in Adult Education & is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Change Management with AGSM and advanced Coaching qualifications.
She is also an experienced accredited practitioner in the following tools:

Joanne is an experienced facilitator and is frequently invited as guest speaker for numerous events such as CMI and Monash University sharing her knowledge in managing change.
Throughout her career she has successfully led and coached teams, developed and introduced leadership programs, frameworks and delivery models as part of building organisational change capability.
Joanne’s style is engaging, pragmatic and outcome focused. She communicates effectively with people at all levels with ease and confidence.
Joanne is a certified Prosci methodology practitioner. Her qualifications and accreditations include Bachelor of Adult Learning, Psychology, MBTI, Baron EQi +360 and HBDI.
Max is adept at leading and managing change both in dynamic environments and on complex projects. She is skilled at identifying and tailoring an appropriate change management strategy, establishing behaviour change and monitoring the effectiveness of the change management.
Max’s approach is collaborative and engaging, but with a focus on outcomes. She works closely with key stakeholders in all stages of the change process, coaching and mentoring them in their role, to ensure adoption and usage and minimise resistance. She is passionate about helping individuals and organisations successfully navigate their way through change.
Max is accredited in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and has completed the Prosci Advanced Change Management Program and Prosci Advanced Workshops (Change Management Scorecard and Writing a Business Case for Change Management).

She specialises in working with organisations undergoing significant change, coaching and mentoring leaders and change teams, and building change capability within organisations. Her experience in the private, government and not for profit sectors and covers many industries.
Julie is accredited in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and has developed a strong level of expertise in successfully applying this to a range of major strategic change projects. She has also effectively coached a large number of Change Managers, Project Managers, HR professionals and other project specialists to learn and apply the Prosci methodology on Prosci’s Change Management Certification Program.
Her working style is pragmatic, calm and client outcome focused. She communicates effectively with senior executives, managers, and specialists, using a coaching and mentoring approach to transfer skills and build capability and confidence.
Julie has a Masters of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has also lectured in Industrial Relations at UTS. She is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
His previous roles include: building contractor, teacher of building, Manager of Building Department, Faculty Director, Campus Manager, Project Manager and Change Management Lead.
Most recently he was the Change Management Lead on TAFE NSW Hunter Institute’s highly successful iTAFE Digital Learning project.
Kevin has worked with all levels of Federal, State and Local Government agencies on a variety of projects, giving him hands on experience with a range of change initiatives, cultures, leadership styles and project management approaches.
He is currently a committee member of the Central Coast Telework Strategy Group, who is responsible for encouraging and adopting change in the concept that employees are capable of performing their work related tasks out of the traditional workplace.
Kevin’s approach is practical and constructive and his diverse background enables him to coach change practitioners from any professional background to apply Change Management processes and tools to transition people through change.
His qualifications include Prosci Change Management Certification, Diploma of Teaching, Assoc. Dip Applied Science, Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety, and Cert IV in Building.
